J&L Custom Gates

A website for J&L Custom Gates, a father-and-son custom iron gate shop in Krotz Springs, Louisiana. The site has one job: get a homeowner or contractor to request a quote.

Visit jlcustomgates.com

The J&L Custom Gates home page: a large serif headline and a quote button over a dusk photo of a wood-topped iron driveway gate beside a stone pillar.

The shop

Jon and Jason Satterley build iron driveway and entry gates by hand, one commission at a time. A gate like that is a considered purchase, so the site’s job is to show the work close up and then make asking for a price effortless.

What the site does

Every finished gate gets its own page under the name it was built for — proof a buyer can look at, and the reason an owner sends the link to a neighbor. Each design’s price is stored once and shown as a starting figure, since every gate is cut to the opening it fills. When someone is ready, the quote form lets them attach a photo of the opening along with their answers.

The care plan

J&L has been live since August 20, 2026, on the Essential plan. What that plan covers is on the Care plans page.

What Jon says
