Care plan terms
These are the terms for a monthly care plan, and for one-off project work. They’re short on purpose — read once and know what happens.
What’s charged, and when
One payment, through the invoice link I send you, covers the design fee and starts your care plan on the plan we agreed to — it renews monthly at that price until you cancel. See Care plans for what each tier includes. Enterprise is quoted individually and invoiced the same way, at the monthly amount we agreed. A new site itself is quoted per project, not priced off a list.
How to cancel
Email info@brandthatten.dev and say you want to cancel. That’s the whole process — no form, no notice period. I’ll ask what prompted it, because that’s how I find out what to fix, but you don’t have to answer and it changes nothing about the cancellation.
Refunds
If you cancel a care plan partway through a paid month, it keeps running until the end of that month — the month itself isn’t refunded.
If a project is cancelled after the design fee is invoiced, whether any of it is refunded depends on how much work has already been done. That’s decided case by case — email me and we’ll work it out.
